When you book our apartment, studio or both, the following cancelation policy is valid:
- When you cancel your booking 14 days before your arrival, you will receive a full refund
- When you cancel your booking between 14 and 7 days before your arrival, we will charge you the first day of your stay without the cleaning costs
- When you cancel your booking between 7 and 3 days before your arrival, we will charge 50% of the costs without the cleaning costs
- When you cancel your booking between 2 days before and the day of your arrival, we will charge 100% of the costs without the cleaning costs
